ABOUT OUR AGENCYWith 7 years at State Farm and a thriving agency built on service, trust, and results, I’m proud to lead a team that puts people first both in and outside the office. I graduated from the College of Charleston and am a mom to two wonderful girls, Riley and Madison. Giving back is important to me, our agency sponsors kids through the Andrew Jackson Nashville Police Camp and are passionate about helping others grow, whether it’s a customer or a future agent.
Our office is more like a family than a workplace. We work hard, support one another, and enjoy the ride—team lunches, dinners, outings, and fun competitions are just part of what makes our culture great. We currently have 4 dedicated team members and are looking to grow. ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sara Anglin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
